Feasy Pro is a financial-forecasting product. Your business assumptions and forecasts are your data. We use them to run the product for you — not to sell advertising, and not to train public AI models on your workspace.

Who we are

This policy is issued by the operator of Feasy Pro (“Feasy Pro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It covers:

  • The marketing site at feasypro.com and related pages
  • The Feasy Pro web application (including sign-in, sign-up, and your dashboard)

Privacy questions: privacy@feasypro.com.

What this policy covers

It explains what personal data we process, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies whether you browse the marketing site, create an account, invite teammates, or export reports from a workspace.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account details — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and profile preferences
  • Workspace content — company and plan settings, forecast assumptions, business brief answers, business-plan text, investor-deck content, and related exports you create
  • Team invitations — email addresses and roles when an account owner invites members
  • Billing details — plan selection and payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
  • Support messages — anything you send us when you ask for help
  • Security preferences — including AI feature and AI data-sharing controls where available in Security & Compliance settings

Information collected automatically

  • Device and log data — IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps
  • Cookies and similar tech — described in our Cookie policy
  • Product usage — high-level events that help us understand which features work (for example, that a report was generated), not the contents of your forecast cells for advertising

Information from third parties

  • Authentication providers — if you sign in with a supported identity provider, we receive the account identifiers they share with us
  • Payment processors — confirmation of payment status, last-four digits / brand of card where provided, and billing country

How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • Create and secure your account, and keep you signed in
  • Provide forecasting, statements, dashboards, reports, plans, and decks
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, and plan changes
  • Send transactional email (sign-in, invites, billing, security notices)
  • Respond to support requests and investigate abuse or outages
  • Improve reliability, performance, and documentation
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of service

Where we rely on consent (for example, non-essential cookies or optional marketing email), you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

AI features and your workspace

Feasy Pro includes two kinds of assistive features:

  • Deterministic assists (for example Forecast Starter, Overview Narrator, and Assumption Sanity-Check) run as rules in our product. They do not send your workspace data to an external generative AI model.
  • Generative AI drafting (for example AI-assisted investor deck copy) may send a limited snapshot — such as Business Brief answers and forecast summary data — to a contracted AI provider when an AI model is connected and the feature is enabled.

Account owners can control AI features and AI data-sharing from Security & Compliance settings. When generative AI is off or unavailable, deck drafting falls back to a built-in deterministic writer. We do not sell your forecast content, and we do not use your workspace content to train public foundation models for unrelated third parties.

When we share information

We share personal data only as needed to run the product:

  • Infrastructure & database hosts — to store accounts and workspace data securely
  • Authentication providers — to sign users in and protect sessions
  • Payment processors (for example Stripe) — to charge subscriptions and manage tax invoices where applicable
  • Email delivery — to send transactional messages
  • AI providers — only when generative features are enabled and a relevant request is made
  • Professional advisers / legal — when reasonably necessary to protect rights or comply with law
  • Business transfers — if we merge, acquire, or sell assets, data may transfer under continued confidentiality protections

We do not sell personal information. Teammates you invite can access the companies and plans your account permissions allow — choose roles carefully.

International transfers

We and our processors may process data in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) for transfers of personal data.

Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for billing, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance (for example tax and transaction records). Backups roll off on a shorter operational cycle.

Security

We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a SaaS product: encrypted transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, authenticated sessions, and database access controls including row-level security so workspace data stays scoped to the right account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password and protect invite links.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete data (subject to legal retention needs)
  • Export or receive a portable copy of certain data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Many actions you can do yourself in-product (edit profile, export statements to XLSX/CSV, manage AI toggles, leave an account). For other requests, email privacy@feasypro.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

If you are in the EEA/UK, our legal bases typically include contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (securing and improving the product), legal obligation (tax and accounting), and consent (where we ask for it).

Children

Feasy Pro is built for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or the law changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (for example in-app or by email) where appropriate.
